  • Bring together product, growth marketing, communications, web, and regional teams to align messaging, deliverables, timelines, and channels.
  • Translate technical information into clear, compelling content for customers and partners, including web pages, emails, press materials, and social media.
  • Coordinate launch and campaign activities across internal teams and external agencies, keeping projects on track from planning through execution.
  • Track results, share insights with stakeholders, and identify ways to improve future programs.

Partner and Marketing Operations

  • Develop and execute co-marketing programs with distribution partners to expand Allegro’s reach and support customer engagement.
  • Serve as a marketing point of contact for partner initiatives, coordinating plans, content, and campaign execution with internal and external teams.
  • Help maintain consistent messaging and brand presentation across partner and Allegro marketing channels.
  • Manage Allegro’s internal brand store, including vendor coordination, inventory, and the employee experience.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in integrated marketing, marketing communications, campaign management, channel marketing, or a related field, preferably in a B2B or technology environment
  • Demonstrated experience planning and executing marketing campaigns or product launches across multiple channels
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate stakeholders, manage competing priorities, and move projects from conception to completion
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to turn complex or technical information into clear, audience-focused content
  • A collaborative approach to working cross-functionally with product, communications, sales, digital, and external partners
  • Strong judgment, attention to detail, and a proactive, self-starter mindset
