The Opportunity

This position works out of our Lake County or Chicago, IL location in the Business Technology Services (BTS) division.

As the IT ORGANIZATIONAL CHANGE MANAGEMENT (OCM) SR. MANAGER, you’ll have the chance to own the OCM strategy for IT, advise internal IT/Business teams on change management efforts and resourcing, and direct the upskilling of change management capabilities across the organization.

What You’ll Work On

  • Lead the IT Change Management Office, responsible for IT OCM methodology, tools, and self-service processes for IT leaders to plan, scope, and integrate OCM into their efforts.
  • Advise and coach IT project leads and leaders on OCM best practices, approaches, and resources.
  • Evaluate the IT project portfolio and identify opportunities to align change initiatives in support of overall business goals.
  • Direct the IT OCM Center of Excellence and OCM Community of Practice, driving continuous improvement with advanced OCM practitioners and fostering interest and development across the IT organization.
  • Evaluate OCM processes, training resources, vendor relationships, etc. to measure impact, performance, and usability in service to IT OCM objectives.
  • Provide regular updates to senior IT management on change management capabilities, tracking change management delivery against objectives.
  • Partner with the IT Project Management Office on process and skill-building initiatives with IT project and program managers.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors in Computer Science, Organizational Change Management, or a related field
  • 10+ years of proven experience in change management, preferably in IT and/or medical device industry or a similar regulated environment.
  • 10+ years of experience leading change, communications, and training efforts for technology implementations of increasing size and complexity.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior consulting and/or large global company experience, including project delivery and navigating client-facing environments.
  • Change management certification (e.g., LaMarsh, Prosci, CCMP).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.

The base pay for this position is

$125,300.00 – $250,700.00

In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
