Job Description

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:

Manage recruitment activities, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and extending offers, Lead onboarding to support new hires in integrating with company culture and operations.

  • Time-to-fill for open positions as per SLA
  • Achieve an average onboarding satisfaction score as per SLA

Employee Relations & Engagement

Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, resolving conflicts, and addressing grievances, Facilitate initiatives that enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and workplace inclusivity.

  • Maintain a low rate of unresolved employee grievances.
  • Employee engagement scores improve by 2 to 3% annually.

Performance Management

Qualifications

Education:

Postgraduate (MBA/MSW) with specialization in HR

Experience:

  • 10-12 years of core HR professional know-how with at least 3 years in employee lifecycle management
  • Experience of working in a technology / manufacturing / engineering organization (Desired)

Skill / Competencies Requirements

Knowledge:

  • Proficient in Talent and Employee lifecycle management
  • Proficient in Talent Acquisition and Onboarding coordination
  • Advanced knowledge of Labour laws and regulations
  • Advanced knowledge of current HR trends and practices

Functional Skills:
