Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Market Research Analyst to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide actionable insights that support our marketing strategies and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
- Analyze customer behavior, preferences, and feedback to inform marketing strategies.
- Develop and maintain databases of market and customer information.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations on research findings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate research insights into marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
- Stay updated with industry developments and best practices in market research.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Market Research Analyst or similar role.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SPSS, Tableau).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable insights.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Familiarity with SaaS industry trends and dynamics is a plus
