Overview & Responsibilities

1.Collect and analyse market segment, customer data and competition data to assess impact on JV business

2.Prepare marketing plan and support sales and operational plans to improve ETSI position in the Indonesian market.

3.Assist Business Development Manager to prepare development plans for specific target customers, markets, applications or subject matter

4.Develop customer awareness of both existing and new Global Service products in the Indonesian market.

5.Keep abreast of economic and political climates in Indonesia to capitalize on opportunities in the Indonesian market.

6.Work with Business Development Manager in identifying and developing strategic alliances with other companies/vendors to enhance ETSI’s position in Indonesia.

7.Implement marketing strategies and tactics including promotions, research, information dissemination and coordination with sales/operations.

8.Develop new service products in response to changing market needs.

9.Plan, organize, and periodically review customer accounts and satisfaction levels.

10.Identify key conferences and exhibitions to attend.

11.Support to organize product/customer seminars for key clients for product introduction/specification.

12.Support individual sales personnel and representatives in their selling effort with their customer.

13.Analyse local and general business and economic trends as well as sales activity in competitive trends.

14.Assist in development of new markets and sales techniques.

15.Plan, organize, and direct long-range programs aimed at specific products or industry markets.

16.Collaborate with all other functions necessary to meet objectives on specific projects.

17.Maintain good public relations at all times.

18.Carry out special projects as assigned from time to time.
