About Netsmart India

Netsmart is a leading healthcare technology partner committed to creating innovative solutions that drive better outcomes for providers and the communities they serve. Our Global Capability Center (GCC) in Bengaluru plays a pivotal role in supporting our global teams through operational excellence, strategic execution, and scalable delivery.

We are looking for a proactive and strategic Business Operations Manager to support the Managing Director and leadership team in driving operational rhythm, cross‑functional alignment, and organizational effectiveness across Netsmart India.

About the Role

As a Business Operations Manager, you will serve as a trusted advisor and operational integrator for leadership. You will translate priorities into actionable plans, streamline processes, and ensure the organization operates with discipline, visibility, and efficiency. You will work closely with global teams—especially across the U.S.—and partner with functional leaders to strengthen Netsmart India’s operational maturity as we continue to scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the oversight, tracking, and reporting of KPIs tied to the GCC’s strategic priorities.

  • Define, document, and manage scalable processes, dashboards, and governance mechanisms that enhance operational rigor.

  • Prepare executive briefs, leadership updates, and town hall materials for both India and global leadership.

  • Act as a liaison between leadership, cross‑functional teams, and external partners to ensure clarity, timely communication, and alignment.

  • Facilitate operational reviews, business reviews, and leadership connects—tracking actions, identifying risks, and escalating issues where needed.

  • Support change initiatives, organizational transitions, and new capability launches in collaboration with HR, Finance, and business leaders.

  • Identify operational gaps and opportunities for improvement; partner with leaders to design and implement practical solutions.

  • Benchmark GCC best practices and introduce relevant industry trends to ensure continuous improvement and competitive advantage.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in program management, business operations, or process improvement roles.

  • Strong business analysis abilities, with excellent quantitative, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.

  • Exceptional communication skills with demonstrated executive presence.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.

  • Experience coordinating cross‑functional processes across global teams while influencing stakeholders.

Preferred

  • Prior experience in designing, implementing, or scaling operational frameworks.

  • Ability to interpret financial data and support the creation and management of operating budgets.

Why Join Us?

  • Opportunity to influence and shape the operational backbone of a fast‑growing GCC.

  • Close collaboration with senior leaders across geographies.

  • Culture that values innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.

  • Career growth in a global, mission‑driven healthcare technology company.
