We’re hiring a performance marketer who can drive growth across Google Ads and modern paid acquisition channels like LinkedIn, Reddit, and X/Twitter.
This role is for someone who goes beyond campaign management. We’re looking for a marketer who understands experimentation, platform behavior, messaging, and funnel strategy deeply. Someone who knows that what works on Google won’t necessarily work on LinkedIn or Reddit, and can adapt positioning, targeting, and creatives accordingly.
What Your Impact Will Look Like:
Manage and scale campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Reddit Ads, and X/Twitter
Own Search, PMax, retargeting, and paid social funnels end to end
Run structured experiments across creatives, audiences, offers, landing pages, bidding strategies, and funnel stages
Test new acquisition channels, campaign formats, and growth ideas
Improve conversion rates across click → lead → qualified pipeline
Work closely on ad messaging, positioning, and landing page optimization
Understand platform-native behavior and build campaigns accordingly instead of copying the same playbook everywhere
Set up and manage tracking, attribution, and CRM integrations using GA4, GTM, HubSpot, Zapier, Pabbly, or similar tools
Analyze funnel performance, CAC, pipeline contribution, and experiment results to drive decisions
What You’ll Bring To The Team:
4–8 years of hands-on performance marketing experience
Strong expertise in Google Ads across Search and PMax
Good understanding of LinkedIn Ads and modern paid social platforms
Experience running structured experiments and scaling campaigns
Strong understanding of B2B SaaS funnels, messaging, and audience intent
Comfortable with tracking, attribution, analytics, and CRM systems
