Job Title: Pricing Analyst
Reports to: Head of Pricing
Location: Bengaluru (On-site)
Job Purpose:
We are seeking a talented and analytical Pricing analysts to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for understanding our business processes through data analysis and leveraging that knowledge to drive business impact across our marketing, sales, and product teams. You will play a crucial role in helping teams make data-driven pricing decisions and improving our overall business performance.
What you'll do:
- Understanding our business and its processes through our data
- Applying this understanding and knowledge of data to help our marketing, sales and product teams drive business impact
- Assisting teams with answering questions with data through:
- Working with stakeholders to clarify and understand the potential problems at hand and business objectives they’re looking to achieve
- Extracting relevant data points from our various data sets
- Analyzing and identifying statistically significant trends or insights that could help drive improvements
- Preparing and communicating your findings which best help users most easily understand the findings
- Build reporting and visualizations that allow teams to monitor key KPIs and objectives
- Create and manage documentation on projects, recurring tasks and findings. Build a library of internal knowledge.
Who you are:
- 2 years experience as a data/business analyst or similar working with sizable data sets
- Solid knowledge of undergraduate statistics: distributions, uncertainty, biases, hypothesis testing, etc
- Highly proficient in Excel/Google Sheets
- Proven ability to communicate findings visually with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau or similar
- Highly organized with the ability to work independently
- Basic-to-Intermediate SQL knowledge
- SaaS Experience
- Analytical
