We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Google Workspace Administrator/Architect to join our IT team. You will be reporting to Sr. Manager - Business Applications Support. You will be responsible for:
- Developing a Google Workspace roadmap aligned with organizational goals, managing services, and leveraging new features to enhance productivity and user experience
- Designing, implementing, and optimizing Google Workspace solutions while using tools like Google Apps Script to automate workflows and integrate with enterprise systems
- Ensuring security through SAML-based SSO, SCIM provisioning, MDM, and compliance measures to protect data and maintain access control
- Providing technical support, collaborating with Google Support for issues, and delivering training to encourage best practices
- Utilizing tools like Google Apps Manager (GAM) for bulk operations, analyzing metrics, and driving initiatives to enhance the digital employee experience
What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree in CS, with a minimum of 7 years of experience managing Google Workspace environments in enterprise settings
- Extensive knowledge of Google Workspace administration, including proficiency with Google Admin Console, Google Vault, Google Apps Script, and API integrations
- Strong expertise in security protocols, compliance requirements, SAML-based Single Sign-On (SSO), and SCIM provisioning/deprovisioning for managing user lifecycles
- Proven experience with implementing and managing MDM solutions, ensuring device policy enforcement and organizational security compliance
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Expertise in using Google Apps Manager (GAM) for bulk operations, automation, insights, and reporting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills combined with strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
