What you’ll do
Deliver the Next Generation PLM solution (PALM) for the Power segment
Define and implement processes for coordination and communication between organizations, across GEV businesses and with GEV stakeholders
Track and monitor program status and metrics to ensure milestones are met, and internal and external delivery commitments are met.
Actively present leadership updates to GEV executive sponsors, leadership and customers.
Work with others to define future technology platforms & architecture
Provide day to day work direction for team members engaged in PALM delivery
Assist in the resolution of conflicting priorities through the proactive communication of requirements, timelines, and stakeholders.
What you’ll bring (Basic Qualifications)
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math), with significant years of IT professional experience, along with established leadership credentials across product lines, or equivalent knowledge.
Proven experience in delivering at least two significant PLM transformation programs
Proven Experience in Teamcenter PLM technology
What will make you stand out
Understanding of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) as well as overall engineering & manufacturing business domain and processes
Understanding of latest PLM software solutions, in particular Teamcenter from Siemens and 3D Experience Platform from Dassault Systemes
Highly effective communicator with experience in presenting and interacting with leadership.
Demonstrated experience in relationship management inclusive of varied and complex stakeholder needs, collaborative and innovative vendor partner relationships, and influencing change across matrixed organizations.
Expertise with Lean and SAFe/Agile. Demonstrated understanding of Agile principles and tools used for effective team and work management.
Ability to decompose problems and make decisions when problems or solutions are ambiguous.
Uses critical thinking skills and organizational skills to help leaders and leadership teams resolve issues and define solutions.
Self-Driven, autonomous, and can proactively identify and remove obstacles for the organization.
Experience coaching, mentoring, and developing team members, including providing timely feedback on performance toward goals.
