We (Digital Experience Product Management) are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to play a critical role in the development of HPE’s Support Automation platform and support services. The platform will enable the development of an open ecosystem of automated support services for all styles of technology environments - from standalone servers to public clouds.

In this role you will be working in the SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) model. As Product Manager, you will work with external/internal stakeholders (customers, business units, portfolio, strategy team, architects, UX and other product managers) to develop and drive Product vision, strategy and roadmap to be executed by scrum teams. You will be resposible to develop and drive continuous prioritised backlog and refinement for the domain related functionality. Includes responsibility for legacy as well as new functionality. 

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERTISE

  • Own your product. Set a clear vision, define your roadmap and share with cross functional teams. Evangelize your product vision to senior management and diverse stakeholders through customer research, hands-on data analysis and documentation.
  • Deeply understand the customer problems and needs; leveraging customer research, usability studies, first-hand interviews, customer feedback, experiments, and usage/adoption metrics.
  • Demonstrate strong communication and leadership skills with strategy, architecture, UX, engineering teams, and business stakeholders; speak to the approach for implementing cross-product solutions.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs, providing insights that inform product development decisions.
  • Product Requirements: Define product requirements based on market research, customer feedback, and business goals, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment. Document and refine the requirements as Epics/Capabilities/Features.
  • Product Development: Collaborate with architects, engineering teams to design, develop, and launch products that meet customer needs and drive business results.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Collaborate with “Management of Change” team to develop go-to-market strategies to drive customer adoption and revenue growth.
  • Customer Feedback: Collect and analyze customer feedback to inform product development decisions and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Community Learning: Collaborate with the community to gather feedback, identify trends, and develop insights that inform product development decisions.
  • Metrics and Analysis: Define and analyze key performance metrics to support and inform product decisions. Track KPIs to measure product success, including CSAT, DSAT, customer adoption, and retention.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business units, stake holders, strategy, architecture, UX, and engineering to ensure alignment and successful product launches.
  • Exposure to Support and Services key concepts such as Self-Solve, Self-Serve, Know Me (customer) and Knowledge Management is desirable.
  • Experience with Agile Scrum and Kanban methodologies, particularly in a SAFe environment.

What you need to bring:

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Business degree is desirable.
  • 10+ years of relevant product management, product owner, or business analysis experience in an agile environment
  • 15+ years in software development
  • SAFe PM/PO certification (SPMPO) is a plus
