We’re looking for a Program Manager to drive initiatives around Target Group (TG) expansion at Seekho. In this role, you will work cross-functionally to identify new audience segments and design programs that accelerate growth. This is a high-impact role where you’ll directly influence how millions of learners discover and engage with Seekho.
Key Responsibilities- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize new TG segments to expand Seekho’s reach.
- Design and implement strategic initiatives for audience growth.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Content, and Partnerships teams to execute end-to-end initiatives.
- Track performance metrics, analyze data, and iterate strategies for maximum impact.
- Drive execution excellence in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
RequirementsWhat We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience in program management, strategy, consulting, or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a data-driven approach.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and deliver results.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A bias toward action, ownership, and execution in fast-paced setups.
