The Opportunity
- Manage end to end implementation and projects for Cleo's B2B integration, EDI & Supply Chain Solutions.
- On-time delivery & Budget adherence
- Customer satisfaction (CSAT)
- Project profitability
What You'll Do
- Plan and execute customer implementation projects.
- Create project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
- Conduct project kickoffs and status meetings.
- Manage risks, issues, and change requests.
- Coordinate with technical consultants, developers, and customer teams.
- Track project progress and provide regular updates.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and successful go-live.
- Maintain project documentation and governance artifacts.
What You Bring
Required
- Graduate (B.E./B.Tech)
- 6-9 years of Project Management experience.
- Experience with SaaS implementation projects.
- Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Strong stakeholder communication skills.
- Familiarity with EDI, MFT, API integrations, or Supply Chain solutions.
Preferred
- MBA will be an added advantage
- PMP/PRINCE2 certification preferred.
