Role brief:

The Senior Consultant plays a vital role in providing best in class analytics delivery services. The individual will have hands-on involvement in project management, business interpretation and application of solutions, client communication and insights/results delivery. S/he will be solution owner of the project(s), single point of contact for cross-functional team and responsible for successful project delivery. S/he will collaborate with team and peers by developing resourcing plans, managing revenue goals, and contributing to new business development.

Job Responsibilities

• Project Delivery:
  • Being hands-on and Lead analytics delivery, guiding the team in data synthesis, modeling techniques, deriving actionable insights and helping them apply analytical techniques and frameworks.
  • Measure client impact using metrics like NPS, innovative solutions, and KPI improvements.
  • Make sure that all project deliverables are completed on schedule and in accordance with client’s needs and expectations; and meet all compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Talent Management:
  • Lead a motivated team, encouraging capability development through learning and knowledge sharing.
  • Attract, retain, and develop high-calibre talent.

  • All aspects of client facing Project Management – Project Planing and Scheduling, Staffing Management, Risk Management, Quality Management, Communication Management, Performance Management, Project Closure
  • All aspects of internal Fractal processes related to Project Management – Project Configuration and Management, Revenue Cycle Management,
• Stakeholder Management:
  • Communicate, influence, and manage stakeholders at all levels, resolving differences and achieving clear outcomes.
• Process Compliance:
  • Ensure process compliance, documentation, and knowledge management.

Success Profile:

• Proven track record in successful analytics project delivery.
• Preferred domain experience in Industrial, Energy, or Travel sectors.
• Excellent presentation skills, engaging audiences from technical to senior business stakeholder
• Collaborative team player, skilled in complex analysis and solution recommendations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or equivalent experience in statistics, computer science, engineering, informatics, data science, or related field; additional business degree is a plus.
• 7+ years of relevant work experience with analytics project(s)
• 1 or more years of leading analytics project(s)
• Deep understanding of one or more solution areas of Predictive Maintenance, Operational Efficiency, Supply Chain Optimization, Energy Consumption and Efficiency, Customer Analytics, Market Analytics, Quality Control, Asset Performance Management, Environmental Impact Analysis, Demand Forecasting.
• Knowledge of advanced analytics and machine learning techniques.
• Strong project/program management skills, managing multiple work streams.
• Excellent problem-solving, innovation, and thought leadership skills.
• Outstanding presentation and communication skills.
• Adaptability to changing business priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Exposure to Cloud, SQL, Visualization tools, and Advanced Analytics techniques preferred.
• Self-driven with a can-do attitude and appetite for rapid career growth.
