ResMed is setting up a Centre of Excellence (CoE) in Bangalore. As the RPA specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving our automation initiatives. The incumbent will collaborate closely with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, design solutions, and oversee the successful implementation of RPA projects using the Automation Anywhere platform.
Let’s talk about Responsibilities.

Leads the design, development, testing, and deployment of automation solutions using the Automation Anywhere platform.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, understand process requirements, and provide automation solutions that drive operational efficiency.

Design and document automation workflows, technical specifications, and solution architecture for various RPA projects.

Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.

Ensure the quality and reliability of RPA solutions by conducting thorough testing, debugging, and resolving any issues.

Lead continuous improvement efforts to enhance existing RPA solutions and optimize processes.

Work closely with IT teams to ensure the integration of RPA solutions with existing systems and data sources.

Monitor and analyse RPA performance metrics, provide regular reports, and identify opportunities for optimization.

Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices in RPA and automation technologies and apply this knowledge to enhance our automation capabilities.
Let’s talk about Qualifications and Experience –

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.

4+ years of experience in RPA development, with a strong focus on Automation Anywhere.

Automation Anywhere certification (e.g., Automation Anywhere Certified Advanced RPA Professional) is highly preferred.

Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex RPA projects using Automation Anywhere.

Proficiency in designing and implementing end-to-end automation solutions, including process analysis, solution architecture, development, testing, and deployment.

Strong understanding of RPA best practices, process automation, and workflow optimization.

Exposure to other platforms like UI Path, Microsoft Power Automate and other AI solutions will be a plus

Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyse complex business processes and identify automation opportunities.

Solid programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or .NET.

Experience with process documentation, technical specifications, and solution design.

Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
