Desired Profile:
1. Graduates with Science/Engineering background is preferred. Specialization in Chemistry/Chemicals or Printing technology or hands-on experience in Ink Sales would be considered as an advantage.
2. Incumbent with sales experience of 6 to 8 years in selling Sheetfed/offset Inks
3. Should understand ink selling market, Dealer market and prefer hands-on experience in handling ink sales used for Sheetfed/Offset, Conventional UV inks
4. Selling knowledge of Consumables including Pressroom Chemicals, Coatings, Plates, Blankets & Rollers would be an advantage.
5. Should have experience in handling Sales analytics tools such as CRM, Salesforce or similar tools, including MS Office.
6. Willing to travel, interpersonal skills and teamwork are essential part of the job
Job Summary
• Overall responsible for customer account management and be the main interface to the customer, orchestrating the support from all relevant drivers from the organisation.
• Leading the day-to-day management of the sales cycle using CRM or similar tool.
• Manage the entire product portfolio and apply a consultative sales approach with customers.
• Facilitating the growth of overall sales by providing the customer a comprehensive approach to invest in Heidelberg portfolio now and in the future.
• Maintain and improve knowledge of market development as well as customers’ situation in order to accurately assess new business opportunities.
• Ensure customers’ success thus creating business.
• Use sales analytics from CRM tools for planning, leading and closing the business deals.
• Collaborate to learn and support equipment sales with fellow sales account manager (Equipment)
• Partner with service team and share timely necessary information to support the customers for their end to end requirements.
• Seek necessary feedback from all the stakeholders and improve performance as a best team player.
• Take ownership for timely collection of the products sold as per the credit guidelines and update finance and sales coordinator.
