Infotel India, a leading technology solutions provider, is on the lookout for a talented Scala Developer to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development using Scala and be passionate about building high-quality applications. As a Scala Developer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement robust, scalable, and high-performance solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement applications and services using Scala.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
- Perform unit testing and participate in code reviews to ensure quality and consistency across the codebase.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying areas of optimization and innovation.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Scala Developer or similar role, with a strong understanding of functional programming principles.
- Experience with frameworks such as Akka, Play, or Spark is a plus.
- Proficient in using version control systems, particularly Git.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex software issues.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
