About the Role

We are looking for an HR Specialist who can operate at the intersection of payroll, analytics, and stakeholder management. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, data-driven, and comfortable working with global teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance

• Work closely with finance and external vendors for payroll validation and reporting

• Develop and maintain HR dashboards and analytics reports

• Analyze HR data to provide insights on headcount, attrition, and workforce trends

• Create impactful presentations (PPT) for leadership reviews and business updates

• Handle large datasets using advanced Excel functions (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, etc.)

• Collaborate with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams

• Support HR operations and continuous process improvements

Key Requirements

• 6+years of experience

• Masters in HR & Finance

• Proven experience in payroll management

• Strong exposure to HR Analytics and reporting

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

• Experience working with global or multi-region teams

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• High attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information
