Engineers and scientists at JFWTC have contributed to hundreds of aviation patents, pioneering breakthroughs in engine technologies, advanced materials, and additive manufacturing.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide counsel, partnership and position oneself as a trusted advisor to the leadership team.
- Advise local leadership on applicable laws and regulations after careful evaluation of the needs of the business.
- Develop a good understanding of the needs of the business and the risk profile.
- general support and intake counsel work covering areas including data protection, technology, labour and employment, contracting, manufacturing, real estate, site regulatory compliance and M&A.
- ability to develop, operationalize and sustain systemic solutions for legal and regulatory compliance.
- ability to interpret internal and external business challenges and to recommend best practices to improve products and processes
- Ability and willingness to build strong external networks in support of the business
Ideal candidate:
15+ years of experience legal, regulatory and compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate Degree in Law from any Common Law Jurisdiction with 15+ years of experience.
- Relevant Post Graduate Qualifications an added advantage.
- A strong commitment to integrity and professionalism, and passion for excellence.
