About the Role:
As a Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP), you will play a strategic role in driving organizational success by aligning human resources initiatives with business objectives. You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing expert guidance on talent management, employee relations, organizational development, and HR strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Partnership: Build strong partnerships with business leaders to understand their unique needs and challenges. Collaborate closely to develop and implement HR strategies that support business growth and objectives.
- Talent Management: Develop and implement effective talent management programs to retain and develop high-performing employees.
- Employee Relations: Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture by managing employee relations issues, conducting investigations, and ensuring compliance with employment laws.
- Organizational Development: Drive initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness, including performance management, succession planning, and employee engagement programs.
- HR Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs that align with the organization's overall strategy.
- Change Management: Lead and support organizational change initiatives, ensuring a smooth transition and minimizing disruption.
- Analytics and Reporting: Analyze HR data to identify trends, measure effectiveness of HR programs, and provide insights to inform decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a Senior HRBP role
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with HRIS systems and data analytics.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
