Key Responsibilities
- Analyse and visualize data to extract meaningful insights that inform product strategy and roadmap decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, etc.) to identify business problems that can be solved using data.
- Design, implement, and analyse experiments (A/B tests, feature rollouts, etc.) to measure the impact of product changes.
- Define and track key product metrics to evaluate performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Build dashboards and reports to monitor product health and user behaviour.
- Communicate findings, insights, and recommendations clearly and concisely to stakeholders at all levels.
- Support data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a product-focused environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with product metrics, experimentation frameworks, and data visualization tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into simple, actionable insights.A passion for using data to drive product development and business impact.
