We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Salesforce QA professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of Salesforce implementations, particularly in Service Cloud, Contact Center programs, and Sales Cloud. The role requires expertise in manual and automated testing, strong documentation skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in an Agile environment. You will be reporting to Senior Director, Enterprisewide Applications. You will be responsible for:
- Ability to comprehend complex requirements and design, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce applications, focusing on Service Cloud, Contact Center programs, and Sales Cloud.
- Conduct Functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing to validate business requirements and system performance.
- Identify, document, and track defects throughout the defect lifecycle using tools like JIRA.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve defects and improve Salesforce implementations & actively participate in Agile ceremonies.
- Leverage Salesforce Admin skills to configure objects, workflows, validation rules, and other functionalities for testing purposes.
What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree, Minimum 5+ years of Quality Assurance experience primarily working on Salesforce Service Cloud .
- Experience with Functional Testing, Regression Testing and API Testing.
- Well Versed in Documenting Test Artifacts and collaborating with diverse teams.
What We're Looking for (Preferred Qualifications)
- B.Tech/BE/ME/MCA/MCS/MSc degree from a reputed Institute/University
- Professional experience, working on QA Manual and Automation (Nice to have)
- Salesforce Administrator Certification
