What you’ll achieve
As a Senior Systems Development Engineer, you will design, define and implement complex system requirements for customers and prepare studies and analyses of existing systems.
You will:

• Design and implement intelligent test automation using AI and agentic tools to accelerate validation cycles.

• Execute hands-on testing on x86 / ARM based systems, configure systems, identify and report defects, and deliver detailed diagnostics.

• Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance test coverage and improve product quality.

• Utilize AI to extract insights from design specs and documentation, driving proactive validation and better customer outcomes.

Essential Requirements

• Design & implement agentic AI systems with capabilities such as goal-directed behavior, memory, planning, and self-reflection.

• Integrate LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, Gemini) with external tools, APIs, and environments to enable autonomous task execution.

• Develop frameworks for multi-agent collaboration, agent simulation, and emergent behavior.

• Optimize agent performance through reinforcement learning, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and fine-tuning.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including ML researchers, software engineers, and product managers and ensure scalability, reliability, and security of agentic systems in production environments.

• Ability to lead, motivate and direct a workgroup
