About the Role
We are looking for a strategic, data-driven SEO Executive who understands how search is rapidly evolving from traditional SERPs to AI answers, generative engines, and LLM-driven discovery. This role requires a blend of classic SEO fundamentals and next-gen skills like AEO, GEO, and LLM SEO to drive visibility across both search engines and AI assistants.
Key Responsibilities1) On-Page SEOConduct high-quality keyword + topic research using SEO + AI tools.
Optimize blogs, web pages, and landing pages for intent, semantics, and readability.
Improve metadata, structure, internal linking, and UX flow.
Partner with content teams to ensure SEO-first workflows.
Perform routine audits to identify crawl, indexing, and performance issues.
Strengthen Core Web Vitals, schema coverage, sitemaps, and overall architecture.
Collaborate with developers to implement enhancements and maintain GSC health.
Build authoritative backlinks through outreach, partnerships, and content PR.
Analyze competitor link profiles and identify strategic growth opportunities.
Monitor and manage toxic backlink risks.
Optimize content for:
– Featured snippets
– Direct AI answers
– Knowledge engines
– Generative search platforms (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Grok, Copilot)Implement structured data, FAQs, entities, and answer-ready content blocks.
Understand how LLMs interpret, summarize, and retrieve content.
Optimize long-form content for LLM ingestion using clarity, structure, cues, and embeddings.
Use vector strategies, entity mapping, and prompt-based analysis to expand AI visibility.
Track keyword performance, organic traffic, AI visibility, and GEO signals.
Share weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights.
Use GSC, GA4, Ahrefs/SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and AI-focused SEO tools.
1–3 years of experience across traditional + modern SEO.
Solid fundamentals: keyword research, on-page, technical SEO.
Understanding of AEO, snippets, schema, and entity-based SEO.
Exposure to GEO / LLM SEO (or a strong willingness to upskill fast).
Hands-on with GSC, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog.
Basic HTML/CSS + CMS experience (WordPress, Webflow, Framer).
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Experience optimizing for AI chatbots, LLMs, and generative engines.
Knowledge of schema markup, knowledge graphs, programmatic SEO, clustering.
Familiarity with AI writing/SEO automation tools.
Build next-gen tools for 1B+ creators.
