Project Role Description : Write the software that powers and operates a silicon chip. Develop pre-silicon firmware and software with a direct interface to hardware. Integrate and develop C tests/APIs and software build flow. Perform design and code reviews. Test and validate product implementations.

Summary:
As a Silicon Firmware and Embedded Engineer, a typical day involves writing and developing software that directly controls and operates silicon chips. This role includes creating firmware before silicon fabrication, interfacing closely with hardware components, and integrating various tests and application programming interfaces. The engineer also participates in software build processes, conducts thorough design and code reviews, and rigorously tests and validates product implementations to ensure quality and functionality. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align software with hardware specifications is a key part of daily activities.

- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to optimize firmware performance and reliability across projects.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support professional growth.
- Coordinate with hardware engineers to ensure seamless integration of software and silicon components.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Account Sales Planning.
- Strong understanding of embedded systems and firmware development lifecycle.
- Experience with software build systems and continuous integration processes.
- Ability to perform detailed design and code reviews to maintain high-quality standards.
- Familiarity with testing methodologies and validation techniques for embedded software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on cross-team collaboration and solution delivery.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in Account Sales Planning.
- This position is based at our BDC6F - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
