As a Software Engineer III - Java + React Full Stack Developer at JPMorgan Chase within the Commercial & Investment Bank - Engineering and Architecture Digital Platforms team, you'll drive and execute product vision, build highly technical solutions, partner with other groups and guide the team(s) through key milestones. You'll be part of team which will be responsible in building high quality products that are used by thousands of developers.

Job Responsibilities :
- Participate in design and develop scalable and resilient systems ¬in a timely manner using Java, React, Spring Boot, RESTful API, Javascript, technologies to contribute to continual, iterative improvements for product teams
- Design, write, comment and unit test code to confirm software modules are of the highest quality
- Build Microservices that will run on the bank's internal cloud and the public cloud platform
- Collaborate with teams in multiple regions and time zones
- Participate in scrum team stand-ups, code reviews and other ceremonies, contribute to task completion and blocker resolution within your team
- Handle critical and time sensitive concurrent tasks with supervision and properly escalate situations as appropriate
- Write test cases, leverage unit and integration testing, develop functionality and automation
- Maintain technical acumen by pursuing formal and informal learning opportunities about technology, JPMorgan Chase products, and financial services
- Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities, to improve delivery flow across product and technology
- Support software in the production environment and handle Release Management
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills :
- Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 3+ years applied experience
- Strong skills in Java, Sprint Boot, ReactJS , writing unit test cases and front end tools
- Hands-on practical experience in application development, testing and operational stability using Java, Spring Boot, RESTful API, Javascript technologies
- Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases
- Experience with AWS services like EKS, ECS, ALB, NLB, API Gateway, S3 etc.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience with Web servers - HAProxy, Apache Http Server, Envoy Proxy, NGINX.
- Hands-on experience with installing, fine tuning and debugging web servers.
- Experience in Oracle and Casandra DB
- Overall knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and Agile methodologies such as CI/CD, Applicant Resiliency and Security

- Exposure to Authentication and Authorization technologies
- Exposure to cloud technologies
