Who we're looking for
We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled SEO Content Stager to join our team. You will be responsible for staging and publishing SEO content across various platforms, ensuring that it meets company standards. The ideal candidate possesses a strong command of U.S. English, proficiency in content management systems, and a willingness to work shifted hours to overlap with PST/PDT time zones.
What you'll be doing:

Stage SEO content in WordPress and Adobe content management systems according to our publishing schedule

Upload and manage images on Amazon Web Services (AWS)

Perform quality assurance checks on all staged content to ensure accuracy and adherence to brand and company guidelines

Document and maintain staging processes and update as needed

Coordinate and communicate with the team for smooth project execution
What you bring to the role:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in content staging, CMS management, or a related role

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Communications, Digital Marketing, IT)

Fluency in U.S. English (both written and verbal)

Proficiency in WordPress and Adobe CMS, including experience with basic HTML and CSS
-
Familiarity with image uploading and management on AWS

Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices for content staging

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Willingness to work on a night shift work schedule - 06:00PM to 02:00AM (IST) OR 09:00PM to 06:00AM (IST).

Hybrid: In this role, our hybrid experience is designed at the team level to give you a rich onsite experience packed with connection, collaboration, learning, and celebration - while also giving you flexibility to work remotely for part of the week. This role must attend our local office for part of the week. The specific in-office schedule is to be determined by the hiring manager.
