Sr. Creative Designer

· Desktop publishing of collateral such as Datasheets, White Papers, and Success Stories

· Illustration production consistent with established brand design guidelines

· Development of graphic assets, including banners, promotions, and Ads

· Tracking of all assignments and deliverables in the Cadence work request system

· Communication and collaboration with team management and internal clients

· Maintenance of a library of InDesign collateral templates

· Archiving of all production assets for retrieval and re-use

• Strong creative skills with the ability to concept, design, and execute
• Expert in Adobe Creative Suite tools, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator, with any 3D and Motion graphics tool, is a plus
• Experience establishing print specifications, preparing files and releasing them to printers, reviewing proofs and communicating corrections, attending press checks
• Comfortable and agile in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to prioritize and reshuffle priorities as needed
• Responsive to supervision and art direction from team management
• Extremely organized and effective time management skills, capable of handling a volume of assignments simultaneously while maintaining high standards for execution, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, exemplifying professionalism with the team and clients
• Ability to operate with flexibility, efficiency, enthusiasm, and diplomacy, both individually and as part of a team effort
• Responsiveness and patience when handling everything from fire drills to long review cycles

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Art, Graphic Design
• 5+ years of work experience designing and executing world-class marketing materials
• Expert-level skills with Adobe products (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• A portfolio that demonstrates these skills
