We're seeking a Staff Product Designer to serve as a design leader and domain expert who drives innovation across multiple product areas. This is an individual contributor role with organization-wide influence.
Qualifications
- 6-9 years of product design experience
- Demonstrated experience leading complex, ambiguous projects
- Excellence in visual design, interaction design, and prototyping
- Proven ability to work with data to inform design decisions
- Strong systems thinking and ability to design at scale
- Experience mentoring and elevating other designers
- Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills
- Portfolio showing significant impact on business metrics
- Lead design strategy for complex product areas or multiple features
- Conduct and synthesize comprehensive user research to inform product direction
- Create frameworks and design patterns that scale across multiple products
- Partner with Product and Engineering leadership on roadmap planning
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior and mid-level designers
- Drive design quality standards across the organization
- Lead design sprints and facilitate cross-functional workshops
- Influence product strategy through data-informed design insights to drive business impact
- Present to executive stakeholders and advocate for user needs
