  • Partner with our data science team to productize AI models, establish clear success metrics, and create scalable deployment processes that maintain accuracy while accelerating the end-to-end time from receiving data to delivering customer insights
  • Lead the technical discovery process with customers and internal stakeholders, developing deep empathy for their needs while anticipating future trends and requirements
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across teams, acting as a bridge between technical and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on platform direction and priorities
  • Define and track success metrics for platform capabilities, ensuring we deliver measurable value to both internal and external customers
  • Drive our platform's evolution from supporting individual products to enabling a unified multi-product experience

What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related technical field
  • 5+ years of technical product management experience working with AI/ML platforms or data-intensive applications
  • Strong understanding of machine learning concepts, data processing pipelines, and cloud infrastructure

  • Experience defining and tracking success metrics for platform products
  • Strong prioritization skills with demonstrated ability to make tough tradeoffs
  • Track record of delivering business impact through technical products
  • Excellence in stakeholder management and cross-team collaboration
  • Experience with agile development processes and tools (Jira, Confluence)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with diverse geospatial data types including satellite imagery, aerial imagery (from planes/drones), LiDAR, and weather data
  • Understanding of data fusion techniques and challenges when working with heterogeneous data sources
  • Experience building platform products that serve multiple user personas
  • Familiarity with MLOps practices and tools for model deployment and monitoring
  • Experience with data pipeline architectures that handle multiple data sources and formats
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS) and distributed computing frameworks
