As a Staff Project Manager, you will manage several Integrated Circuit (IC) projects from Initiation to Mass Production Release. These ICs are used in a wide variety of applications including Automotive, USB Charging, Battery Charging, Battery Management and Gauging applications. You will work closely with many stakeholders including Applications, Design, Marketing, Product, Quality and Test Engineers. We are staffing this position in Bangalore, India. 

Job Description

• Manage development Projects from Initiation to Mass Production Release. 

• Collaborate closely with multiple departments including Applications, Design, Marketing, Product, Reliability, Quality and Test engineering. 

• Create project schedules with delivery dates, milestones, and critical path. 

• Drive product development diligently and strive for on time execution of project deliveries. 

• Lead weekly team meetings, document status, progress and assign action items.

• Work closely with team members to identify project risks, issues and resolve timely. 

• Determine and implement back-up and risk mitigation plans. 

• Manage logistics to provide engineering samples and customer deliveries per deadline. 

• Provide clear project status to Management and key stakeholders. 

• Document and share Lessons Learned with the Project Management Organization (PMO). 

• Participate in the development of best Project Management Practices. 

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in EE, CE, CS, Project Management, or Engineering Management. 

• 7 years of relevant professional experience within the semiconductor industry. 

• Experience with Automotive projects. 

• Excellent communication, organizational and presentation skills.

• Ability to work with a diverse group of engineers located across the globe. 

• MS Office (Word, Power Point, Excel), MS Project. 

Desired: 

• Experience with ISO26262, APSICE, IEC61508 and ISO21434 standards. 

• B.S. in EE/CE/CS and Master’s Degree in Project or Engineering Management. 

• PMP Certification. 

• Atlassian Jira and Confluence.
