DuPont Electronics & Industrial business is looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator f/m based in Paris (17è).

In this role, you will be responsible for performing material requirement planning and distribution requirement planning in order to ensure total customer satisfaction within required timeline, quality standards, and total cost constraints.   

Major Job Responsibilities:

  • Material Requirement Planning for CM (Contract Manufacturing) plant including coordination of stocks movement between Dupont warehouse and CM plant.  
  • Coordinate and manage Distribution Requirement Planning for specific product families within region or global to optimize the overall Demand and Supply balance to effectively meet the supply requirements of the business
  • Utilize the SKU (product by location) level demand forecasts and orders to generate the replenishment plans to control the physical distribution of the right finished product to the right location at the right time in the right quantity to meet the stated customer service levels while maintaining appropriate inventory levels
  • Monitor and maintain delivery schedules / due dates in MRP system based on Customer Demand as well as forecasting techniques where applicable.
  • Analyze and provide feedback to appropriate departments on material status / requirements for fulfilling customer demand.
  • Provide lead times to the Customer Service team regarding Promise Date for customer demand fulfillment.
  • Communicate with Customer Service team/Logistics teams for material readiness and its availability.
  • Coordinating between CM plant and sales teams by using a variety of inputs such as sales orders, historical data, sales forecasts, and inputs from product managers or sales management.
  • Check availability of inventory prior to firming / releasing work orders using system queries and reports.
  • Collaborate with CM plant and suppliers to ensure proper inventory levels for finished goods and components.
  • Assist with the management of inventory levels to meet customer orders, including safety & distribution stock.
  • Develop, improve, and monitor reporting processes & systems to control the supply chain functions.
  • Collaborate with Materials Management team to optimize supply chain and logistics solutions in order to maximize On Time Delivery
  • Ensure SOP long term plan aligns with logistics capabilities, both transportation and warehousing, and work with Master Planner to resolve any potential gaps.

Job requirements :

  • Bachelor degree in Supply Chain or Business
  • 3 years minimum of experience in Supply Chain with complex customer quality requirements.
  • French and English languages fluency is required
  • Strong collaboration skills.
  • Global teamwork experience preferred (significant interface as part of teams, leading teams, working cross-cultures). 
  • Experience with SAP order-to-cash and manufacturing modules and related data structures
  • APICS CPIM Certification is preferred
