What you'll do:
Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible for timely, accurate in-depth enterprise level support on all Linux Software
• Applies in-depth technical product knowledge to remotely solve complex customer problems.
• Work directly with the HPE customers, Field CE assistance, collaborate with “L1/L2 / ERT ” Engineers.
• Demonstrate robust troubleshooting skills, the ability to manage multiple cases ensuring timely resolution and high level of customer satisfaction.
• Deliver high quality L2 /RTCC product and solution support to enterprise level customers and internal teams.
• Achieve customer satisfaction by effectively managing customer expectations,
• Ensure clarity in communication with the customer as and when elevating cases to the next level L3 (ERT) based on exercising independent judgment and using existing guidelines.
• Provide robust and timely case documentation.
• Usage of standardized tools and processes.
• Demonstration of broad and/or in-depth knowledge of your product(s) such as features, specifications and repairs on current and discontinued products, parts and options.
• Actively participates in the ‘knowledge creation strategy’ by using the knowledge databases, and contributes to the review/development of knowledge documents.
• Support the team-building aspects and provide support and guidance to fellow team members when required, and seek advice in order to make decisions on complex business issues.
• Identify and Communicate business opportunities/leads.
• Proactively provides mentoring/coaching/guidance (i.e. for “L1” Engineers).
• Deliver training when appropriate and as per requirement.
• Interested in career and technical development plans.
• Willing to Learn & Adopt New technologies
• Result oriented approach on Quality of customer service

• Invest time on Innovation to ensure defect free operation.
What you need to bring:
• Should have at least 7 + years of experience on the core skills
• Should have Completed minimum Mandatory Relevant Certifications in the core skills
• Field Experience is an added advantage , Field + Remote Combined experience is an added advantage
• Should be a top Performer With Innovative Result Oriented Approach – Recognition will be considered as an added advantage
• Shift & Work Timings : Willingness to work across shifts (24*7) as per business requirements
• Exceptional technical expertise & proven track record in resolution process and collaboration
• Exceptional customer handling skills.
• Should have Excellent communication skills
• Relevant experience/knowledge in respective skills an added advantage.
- "Linux Experts with Strong Networking & Storage Skills"
- Working Knowledge on File Persona will be an added advantage.
- RHCSA / RHCSE or SUSE certification is Mandatory.

Filesystem : ext2, ext3, ext4, gfs, btrfs, Lustre.
Virtualization : RHEV, KVM, VMware
Patch Management : RHEL Satellite, SUSE Manager
Storage : Object Storage, File Storage , NFS, NAS
Outline Technical Details
Core Linux experience with Redhat/SUSE High Availability Add on (Cluster). Clustering concepts and L3 level troubleshooting. Installation and troubleshooting knowledge in Redhat and SUSE Cluster, OS Boot, LVM, Filesystem, OS Patching, NFS, NTP / Chrony, User administration, Network administration (Bonding, ip creation, route, tcpdump) Performance turning, OS Hardening, YUM/DNF / Zypper.
