Summary:
The role led the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring the successful implementation of software applications. You will also engage in problem-solving discussions, providing insights and recommendations to enhance application performance and user experience. Your role will require you to stay updated with industry trends and best practices, ensuring that the applications you work on meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute to providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for application development.
- Design and implement performance testing strategies to ensure application reliability and efficiency.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must Have Skills: Proficiency in Performance Testing Strategy.
- Strong understanding of application design principles and software development life cycle.
- Experience with performance testing tools and frameworks.
- Ability to analyze and interpret performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and collaborative development practices.
- SAP Performance Testing.
- Hands on Experience on Tricentis Neoload Tool.
- SAP GUI, Web GUI and Fiori Scripting for Performance Testing
- Monitoring using SAP GUI and Tricentis Neoload tool.
- Know how about SAP Performance Test Strategy.
