What’s Cool About This Job

We’re seeking a bold and innovative Visual Designer to bring our brand to life across our digital channels. Reporting to the Creative Director, you’ll be pushing the boundaries of visual design as you help translate our value proposition into content that is visually dynamic, accessible, and emotionally engaging.

Your positive can-do attitude coupled with impeccable design execution will be critical in setting the stage for our next phase of growth. Projects will range from creating social content, campaign visuals, web graphics, and motion graphics. This is a fantastic opportunity to be involved in a broad range of project work where your contributions make a huge impact.

Responsibilities include: 

• Work closely with key marketing team members to produce assets for marketing, social media, and our digital platforms.
• Deliver high-quality assets on time for multiple projects at once while adhering to and building upon our brand visual guidelines.
• Actively develop repeatable ‘self-serve’ visuals and templates for enabling other team members.

Desired Qualifications

• Practical experience in visual design, or education in a relevant field
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in graphic design and motion graphics with an emphasis on social media and web design is ideal
• Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects, and experience using Canva
• Experience using Asana or equivalent project management software
• Strong communication skills (visual, written, and verbal)
• Skilled in prioritizing projects, communicating progress, and delivering on time
• Experience working with a global company and US based teams
