- Support feasibility assessments, solution overviews, interface documents, and clear functional walkthroughs.
- Work with teams across Amadeus to identify interactions with other applications and ensure functional compatibility.
- Contribute to defining the testing approach and reviewing test plans to help ensure quality and functional compliance.
- Support traceability between specifications and test cases.
- Help maintain production quality by investigating, validating, and prioritizing reported issues.
- Collaborate and communicate with Product Management, Project Management, Customer Services, Implementation, Migration, and Development teams.
- Engage with customers during requirements clarification, specification reviews, testing, and implementation.
- Participate in agile team forums, meetings, and solution assessments to support shared understanding and continuous improvement.

- Experience in or interest in Payments or Expense Management domains.
- Understanding of corporate travel processes, including: travel request, policy validation, booking (air, hotel, rail, car), ticketing, changes/cancellations, post‑trip expense and reconciliation.
- Familiarity with online booking tools (OBTs), Global Distribution System (GDS) concepts such as Passenger Name Record (PNR), fare rules, ticketing, and exchanges.
- Understanding of expense management fundamentals: expense claim lifecycle, policy enforcement, per diem, mileage, Value Added Tax (VAT)/Goods and Services Tax (GST), multi‑currency handling, exchange rate conversion, and receipt management including Optical Character Recognition (OCR).
- Awareness of corporate card reconciliation practices including lodge cards, virtual credit cards (VCC), and personal cards.
