Role Responsibilities
Design and develop advanced applications for the Windows/Linux platform.
Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability.
Prepare test plan, test cases and Execute/automate them.
Work on bug fixing, complex customer escalations and improving application performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

About the team
As an engineer in this team:
You will help Citrix differentiate itself from its competitors by improving the security posture of some of Citrix’s core offerings like Virtual apps, Virtual Desktops, Web and SaaS apps by delivering features like Anti-Screencapture, Anti-Keylogging, Anti-DLL, Anti-Debugging and many other features.
You will also get an opportunity to work on multiple client platforms (Windows, Linux, Mac, iOS, Android ) and also on a wide range of Citrix products.
Qualifications:
Education: B.Tech or M.Tech in Computer Science or equivalent.
Experience: 6-8 years of hands-on experience on C/C++ with deep understanding of Windows or Linux operating system internals. Should be flexible to move across platforms.
Skills:
Strong proficiency in C++, with fair knowledge of the language specification
Thorough knowledge of the OOPS concepts, STL containers, and algorithms
Good understanding of memory management in non-garbage collected environments
Good understanding of multi-threading, Sockets, IPCs
Familiarity with language tools, such as Valgrind, Massif, SonarQube
Proficient understanding of code versioning tools like Git
Understanding of Chromium or other browser stack is a big plus
Knowledge of Kernel Driver development is a big plus
