The Challenge
Our Global Talent Development team is accelerating development for exceptional employees across Adobe. We have a unique opportunity to shape the agenda globally; developing and delivering transformative experiences focused on leadership. We are also responsible for shaping and driving the Talent Development Charter for India which is the second largest site for Adobe with key business being driven here.


What you’ll do

  • Define the talent strategy and agenda working in direct partnership with your HRBP(s) for the business group(s) supported.
  • Act as Talent Development Partner, demonstrating a thorough understanding of the business(s) you support and providing expert diagnosis and consultation on the organizational effectiveness needs and development opportunities for the client group.
  • Drive development of leadership bench for the business group(s) supported.
  • Build strong relationships at all levels including Directors, Sr. Directors, and VPs.
  • Provide expertise and consultation on strategic offerings of the Global Talent Development team, incorporating a strong understanding of behavioural change and scalable solutions.
  • Facilitate virtual, live, or blended enterprise programs to core audiences (Sr. leaders, managers, and individuals) in region.
  • Design and deliver innovative and integrated solutions, that address key development areas for the business as well as strategic business priorities.
  • Play the role of internal coach to key talent, mid to senior level managers as part of their enablement.

What you need to succeed

  • Typically requires minimum of 12-15 years of related experience in Human Resources with a bachelor’s or master’s degree.
  • Industry or consulting experience at leadership levels and org effectiveness initiatives (change management, talent management, organizational development, and HR consulting).
  • Demonstrated ability to convert ideas to talent solutions at scale.
  • Strong command of learning and development models, frameworks, tools and solutions to increase leadership effectiveness. Including but not limited to; behavioural change, talent management, change leadership, high-performing team effectiveness and coaching.
  • Ability to create relationships and partnerships (internal/external) across all levels of a global matrix, exhibiting strong leadership and influencing skills.
  • Strong understanding of business and Tech industry
  • Expert presentation and facilitations skills.
  • Strong program management skills: plan, communicate, execute and follow through
  • Crafting learning experiences that are virtual, digital and social.
