About This Opportunity
This is a leadership opportunity to manage a 24x7 Network Operations Center (NOC) environment. As a NOC Shift Lead, you will ensure seamless service delivery, meet contractual obligations, and set the standard for your team. What You Will Do
• Own day-to-day NOC operational performance and ensure smooth network operations• Lead your team to consistently meet SLAs and KPIs for Network Surveillance and first-level troubleshooting• Manage and resolve Trouble Tickets with timely follow-ups per the MSTOP process• Drive performance reviews and implement corrective/preventive actions when needed• Interface with cross-functional teams including NPI, NPO, Optimization, SRF, Field Operations, and Customer Support• Ensure new node integrations follow standardized processes• Publish KPI and SLA reports to MSIP, customers, and relevant stakeholders• Forecast manpower requirements and manage team capacity• Conduct Performance Appraisals and contribute to Balanced Scorecard fulfillment• Maintain high team morale, manage attrition, and support competence development• Report security breach incidents and suggest corrective measures
The Skills You Bring
• Education: Degree in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering• Experience: 3-4 years in Telecom Network operations• Certifications: ITIL / CCNA / JNCIA / CCIP (preferred)• Technical: GSM & CDMA knowledge, Telecom Service Networks, SQL, Perl, PostgreSQL• Leadership: People management, customer relationship management, strong interpersonal skills• Language: Proficiency in written and spoken English and Hindi• Values: Integrity, positive attitude, ability to perform under pressure
