You'll lead strategic initiatives, collaborate with business leads and stakeholders, and make a significant impact on our bank's success.
Join our Commercial and Investment Bank Strategy, Program and Project Management team as a Project Manager, where you will lead location strategy projects and strategic initiatives. Collaborate with business leads, stakeholders, and support groups to drive business results and support the Commercial and Investment Bank Senior Leadership team.
As a Project Manager within the Commercial and Investment Bank Strategy, Program and Project Management team, you will lead location strategy projects and strategic initiatives, collaborate with business leads, stakeholders, and key support groups such as Recruitment, Human Resources, Technology, Operations Control Management, and Finance & Business Management to ensure successful project execution. Additionally, you will provide support to the Commercial and Investment Bank Senior Leadership team and contribute to strategic business priorities to meet ongoing business needs.

• Manage the delivery of location strategy and internal projects, ensuring effective project tools are in place.
• Track and execute against project timelines and deliverables, maintaining current and complete monitoring and reporting.
• Lead and participate in strategic business priorities and initiatives driven by the Commercial and Investment Bank.
• Simultaneously manage multiple projects with short deadlines and handle ad hoc requests efficiently.
• Facilitate meetings with Senior Managers and stakeholders to communicate updates, changes, and key risks/issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional working groups to drive progress and build proactive partnerships with business and functional partners.
• Lead meetings related to project status, risks, issues, action items, or change controls, and manage project-level risks/issues.
• Support the Commercial and Investment Bank Senior Leadership Team through effective communication and facilitation.

Required qualifications, skills and capabilities:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project management
• Strong understanding of location strategy and strategic initiatives.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to influence and drive resolution.
• Ability to build and maintain effective partnerships with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Ability to work under tight timelines and manage ad hoc requests effectively.
