ICF is seeking a Manager to lead a team of analysts in energy market modeling and forecasting for power markets. Responsibilities include developing power price forecasts, managing projects, mentoring junior staff, and growing the business with clients. Must have at least 7 years of experience in the North American electric power sector and strong communication skills.

The Energy Markets Analyst will be responsible for collecting and analyzing data for power sector modeling projects, performing production cost modeling, assisting in modeling nodal power markets, conducting load flow analysis, and more. This role requires a master's degree in Power/Energy systems or a bachelor's in electrical engineering, along with 0-2 years of relevant experience. Strong quantitative and modeling skills, knowledge of industry-standard tools, programming skills, and research abilities are necessary for success in this position.

Collect and analyze data for power sector modeling projects, perform production cost modeling and transmission congestion analysis, assist in modeling and analysis of nodal power markets, lead data input processes, research power market developments, support policy analysis related to energy systems, and develop code to manage datasets.
