Leads IT support operations and service delivery across multiple projects. Run routing experiments, negotiate gateway pricing, maintain SR dashboards and routing playbooks, manage dispute evidence and submissions, maintain fraud risk scoring, and report SR, cost, and dispute metrics to leadership.

Own and run on-site deployments: lead a team of 5–6 field operators, verify and reconcile camera inventory, set up captures, ensure data quality and taxonomy, handle on-the-spot issues, transfer/upload data, and submit deployment reports. Frequent travel and early starts required.

The Manager will oversee process design, standardisation, and continuous improvement in the charging network operations. Responsibilities include operational excellence, cross-functional coordination, feedback management, data discipline, and risk management.

Own day-to-day execution of large-scale field deployments: plan schedules, coordinate teams/vehicles/hardware, track productivity and targets, resolve real-time issues, maintain reports/dashboards, improve processes, launch new-city operations, and hire/train field staff.
