Manage end-to-end cross-border and card payment operations by investigating declines, failures, blocks, suspicious activity, disputes, and partner RFIs. Own and run on-site deployments: lead a team of 5–6 field operators, verify and reconcile camera inventory, set up captures, ensure data quality and taxonomy, handle on-the-spot issues, transfer/upload data, and submit deployment reports. Frequent travel and early starts required.

Lead India operations and projects: manage budgets, contracts, field logistics and teams, cultivate stakeholder partnerships, ensure data quality, generate insights and reports, train field teams, and support regional Operations and Data & Insights on special projects. Travel ~10–20%.

Lead payments operational functions including dispute and chargeback management, fraud investigations, payment performance monitoring, PSP and partner management, and operational support for Customer Success. Define SLAs, drive tooling and automation priorities, set operational standards, and own incident response and reporting to improve outcomes across payments, risk, fraud, and compliance.

The Manager will oversee process design, standardisation, and continuous improvement in the charging network operations. Responsibilities include operational excellence, cross-functional coordination, feedback management, data discipline, and risk management.

Own day-to-day execution of large-scale field deployments: plan schedules, coordinate teams/vehicles/hardware, track productivity and targets, resolve real-time issues, maintain reports/dashboards, improve processes, launch new-city operations, and hire/train field staff.
