Own the React Native application end to end, including architecture, performance, releases, app-store presence, and roadmap. Lead and mentor two mobile engineers, establish technical direction, and collaborate on engineering and product strategy. Deliver polished iOS and Android experiences, run experiments, measure growth and retention impact, and iterate rapidly. The role may help expand the mobile team as the app grows.
