The Community Content Manager at Ushur is responsible for creating and managing engaging content for community engagement. Requires 8+ years of software design and development experience, proficiency in Java and NodeJS, experience in backend and frontend frameworks, UI/UX design, NoSQL databases like MongoDB, and strong communication and organizational skills. Bachelor's degree in computer science or software systems is preferred.

The role involves managing, maintaining, and automating CI/CD infrastructure at Ushur. Responsibilities include installing and optimizing production & testing infrastructure, designing deployment pipelines, developing monitoring tools, and troubleshooting issues. Qualifications require 8-12 years of DevOps experience, proficiency in Java/Python/Node.JS/GoLang, deep knowledge of IaC tools, experience with build systems and containerized deployments, and expertise in troubleshooting and Linux OS.

Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity throughout the data engineering process. Implement data validation checks, validate data processes, develop automated test scripts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams for quality assurance.

Manage and lead a team to build and maintain high-quality products, mentor junior members, handle customer escalations, collaborate with product teams, drive test activities, evangelize best technology practices, and continuously improve product quality.
