The Operations Analyst will be responsible for managing the client inventory, performing matrix analysis, preparing inventory reports, supporting internal teams, and ensuring timely completion of audits and reports.

The Analyst, Valuation is responsible for providing detailed valuation reviews for complex cases in the US mortgage industry. They must have excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain high-quality work with no errors. The analyst should be familiar with reading and analyzing mortgage and valuation-related documents. This is an entry-level position with opportunities for growth.

Establish proper records, approvals, documentation and audit trails for all transactions. Preparation of monthly closing entries & accruals. Variance analysis, trend and commentaries on the Business results. Preparation of audit schedules and interfacing with the auditors during the financial audit process. Facilitate the internal audit/SOX cycles by providing information and support. Direct and participate in numerous special projects and process re-engineering efforts. Reconciliation of balance sheet and income statement accounts. Support internal customers by providing accurate information in a timely manner. Prior experience working in an accounting team with a US organization is an added advantage.

The title curative associate examines property titles, identifies any potential problems or discrepancies, and works to resolve them. Responsibilities include reviewing title documents, working with attorneys and lenders to resolve issues, obtaining necessary documents, and ensuring legal compliance.

Perform quality assurance call and process reviews for all departments in Altisource. Analyze findings and develop reports to highlight trends for improvement. Make recommendations to reduce process variation and eliminate errors. Track responses for all findings. Assist in implementing changes to the evaluation process.

Complete quality control post loan closing/Pre-funding, expertise in credit and income review, knowledge of applicable regulations and laws. Strong attention to detail, organizational and communication skills. Flexible to work on Night shifts.

Handle production incidents, communicate with customers, coordinate with internal stakeholders, document interactions, troubleshoot applications and infrastructure, adhere to standards and processes.
