The Group Risk Manager at EQ is responsible for coordinating and executing risk management activities across the Group of companies, ensuring risks are identified, assessed, monitored, and reported in accordance with the Group Risk Policy and Risk Management Framework. The role involves overseeing risk identification, control assessments, developing risk reporting, and enhancing the Risk and Control framework to improve the control environment at the process level. The successful candidate should have demonstrable Risk Management expertise, experience in developing risk analytics and key risk indicators, and knowledge of Financial Services industry trends related to Risk Management and Corporate Governance.

The Principal Process Executive is responsible for quality checking, complaint analysis, trend analysis, and continuous improvement in the Retirement Solutions team. They work closely with various EQ Group functions to provide operations support. Key responsibilities include data compilation, coaching, root cause analysis, driving improvements, and ensuring team performance meets business goals.

To carry out a range of assigned clerical and support duties in accordance with predetermined procedures and service standards under appropriate guidance and direction. Responsibilities include data administration, responding to processing inquiries, improving skills and processes, ensuring compliance with procedures and regulations, and completing work within quality and security standards.
